Terms of service

The service

EasyPromoGift helps Shopify merchants create promotional product offers, store-domain campaign links, and campaign reports. It requires a compatible Shopify Online Store with the app embed enabled. You authorize the app to create and manage its campaign discounts and URL redirects according to your settings.

Your campaigns

You are responsible for your products, inventory, promotional terms, prices, marketing messages, customer consent, and compliance with laws and Shopify policies. Test each campaign and theme integration before sharing a link. Shopify evaluates discount eligibility and combinations at checkout. A campaign’s reported attributed revenue does not prove that every order was caused by the promotion, and visit counts are not unique-person counts. Measurement follows the customer privacy permissions described in our policy, so reports can omit visits and orders when measurement is not permitted or cannot be confirmed.

Subscriptions

The launch plan is $29 USD per month with a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. Shopify’s approval screen states the applicable trial, billing schedule, taxes, and charges before you accept. Manage or cancel the subscription through Shopify. Cancellation takes effect according to Shopify’s displayed billing terms. Active campaigns are paused after paid access ends; you can review and resume them after subscribing again. Billing questions and refund requests can be sent to support; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Access and availability

Keep your Shopify account secure and use the app only for stores you are authorized to manage. Do not misuse the service or interfere with other stores. Availability depends on Shopify, the store theme, and hosting services. We may make changes or suspend access to address security, misuse, or service failures. We do not promise a particular increase in sales or uninterrupted operation.

Data processing

You instruct us to process the store and order information needed to provide the app’s functions for your store. We limit our use to the purposes described in our privacy policy, use the service providers identified there, protect the information, and support Shopify’s data-request and deletion workflows. You remain responsible for your store’s customer notices and for configuring the privacy choices that apply to your customers. Contact support about a data-processing request or a requirement your store needs us to address.

Ending use

You can uninstall through Shopify. Campaign history is handled under the privacy policy and Shopify’s deletion workflow. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
